收养孩子，应当有合法的收养手续。
To adopt a child, there shall be legal adoption procedures.
首先，必须满足收养人所需的条件。
First, the conditions required by the adopter must be met.
1、收养人应当同时具备下列条件：
1. The adopter shall meet the following conditions at the same time:
（一）无子女或者只有一名子女；
（1） No children or only one child;
（二）有抚养、教育和保护被收养人的能力；
（2） Have the ability to raise, educate and protect the adopted person;
（三）未患有在医学上认为不应当收养子女的疾病；
（3） Not suffering from diseases that are medically considered inappropriate for adoption;
（四）无不利于被收养人健康成长的违法犯罪记录；
（4） There is no criminal record detrimental to the healthy growth of the adoptee;
（五）年满三十周岁。
（5） At least 30 years old.
