《敬老院管理暂行法》第三章，院务管： 第十条 敬老院实行院长负责制，院长负责全面工作。其主要职责是： （一）贯彻执行国家有关五保供养和敬老院工作的方针、政策和法规； （二）组织制定院内的各项规章制度和敬老院发展规划； （三）组织发展院办经济，增强敬老院自身发展的活力，不断提高供养人员的生活水平； （四）督促工作人员履行职责，建立岗位责任制，实行目标管理，维护供养人员的合法权益不受侵犯。 第十一条 敬老院泥杆 保定古筝 塑料增韧剂 拱形护坡模具 保定空调维修  托辊生产线设立院务管理委员会。其职责是：贯彻落实办院方针、原则，审议院内重要事宜，检查、监督院长和工作人员的工作。
