五是要有法律意识。现代社会是法治的社会,养老又是个高风险行业,作为养老机构当家人的院长们,必须加强自己的法治意识,做到以法治院、以法办事,以法维护老年人应有的合法权益。我觉得在日常工作中可以从这样几方面去入手,第一是在专业人员的指导下,对院里规程、制度等存在疏漏之处予以梳理,以规范的管理与服务来避免意外事故的发生,防止别有用心者“钻空子”;第二是在与社会各方进行捐赠往来,合作事宜等相关活动,签订法律文本时最好有专业人士予以指导,以免在不知情中陷入误区;第三是可以与附近的律师事务所进行结对共建,以全方位提升机构的法律水平。
